Alexander McQueen was truly a master of
Fashion. An icon and genius he was and such an inspiration to many. Sadly, the world of fashion lost him on the 11th of February this year. I ... am a huge fan of his. His designs are edgy, trend-setting, audacious, provocative, dramatic, unpredictable, outrageously theatrical, dark, complicating and unique. Armed with all these elements as well as superb tailoring , his work of art has brought the fashion world into a whole new dimension. As a tribute to him ( I know I'm a little late ...... ), I will be posting pictures of his work during the next few days.

Not forgetting the Demanta range of clutches. They look like giant butterflies to me .... so gorgeous, vibrant and alive !! By the way, here's a little secret of mine ... one of my nicknames is called "Butterfly". A friend of mine referred me as one and my brothers have been teasing me with that ever since. They called me MADAM BUTTERFLY FROM SAIGON and I'm not even from Saigon !! It's just so funny ... the way they called out Butterfly when they see me.
